OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Ruling

OSHA instructions 29 CFR part 1910.1030, effective March 6, 1992, states that the use of appropriate protective clothing such as gowns, aprons or lab coats shall be worn when there is potential for occupational exposure. It also states that the employer shall be responsible for cleaning, laundering or disposal of such protective clothing.
